We produce one-piece copper table tops with no joints up to 290cm × 90cm or 230cm × 110cm, fully wrapped on the sides with welded corners for a seamless, high-end finish. Clients can specify edge profiles, thicknesses and patina finishes, then pair the finished top with either a bespoke or off-the-shelf base.

We have large sheets of copper, enabling us to make a copper tabletop in one piece with no joints up to either 290cm long x 90cm wide or 230cm long x 110cm wide.
Our copper table tops are made fully wrapped on the sides, the corners are welded, and there are no visible fixings or snags anywhere.

Chunky Edged Copper Dining Table Top
There are quite a few options available for a copper table top. As mentioned above, radius corners can be added, and the radius size is an option.
The table top’s thickness can be 3cm, 5cm, 7.5cm or 10cm thick. The timber is built up around the perimeter. Note that to achieve a deep side profile, the maximum size of the top will be reduced.
Alternatively, this large copper dining table to the left is constructed to achieve 300 cm in length with a 5 cm thick profile. A darker patinated edge trim is applied around the perimeter, creating the impression of a copper-inlaid timber table top.
Decorative metal inlay details such as this are precision-fabricated by our sister company, Metal Sheets Ltd, allowing brass and copper inlays to be seamlessly integrated into bespoke furniture designs for both residential and hospitality interiors.

Studs around the perimeter
A further design option for a timber table top is the application of studs or copper nails to the edge. This particular inlaid copper dining table top is oak inlaid with an aged copper edge trim around the perimeter, which is then adorned with domed bronze studs.

Yet another option for a copper home bar countertop is to have a bull-nosed edge. This beautiful aged copper counter top has a 5cm diameter bull-nosed edge all around the perimeter.
“D” End Table Top
